Each strap attaches securely to a strong magnet. All the "In A Pikle" bags are easy to keep clean and this is no exception! The smooth faux leather cleans off easily with a damp cloth. I love my new bread and butter pikle! It is beautiful and keeps my purse more organized while adding everything I need! Things I added to my bag: gum, emergency cash and tiny sunblock tube! I got the gherkin for my husband and two other pretty ones for my mother and sister in law! I'm sure they'll love theirs as much as I love mine!
